Rooms ok. Air conditioned, small bathroom, has TV, closet and table. The view is not beautiful and the location is not the best. Swimming pool is small and does not have a suitable place to have fun/relax.

I'm still staying, the bathroom leaks and gets all wet, the phone in the room doesn't work and the staff didn't have any empathy in solving the problem either, I had a problem at reception with an order I asked them to receive, and it simply disappeared and again, There wasn't much time to resolve it...

The room is ok, nothing to praise. What left me perplexed is the terrible service from the cooks who serve breakfast. The two days I went for breakfast I was afraid to ask them to make me tapioca. Not to mention that the breakfast is very bad. During the early hours of the morning I tried to call the hotel due to an unforeseen issue with my flight. I called numerous times for more than an hour until I managed to speak to someone. The only thing to praise is the girl who helped me at reception in the morning, if I'm not mistaken it was Nira, extremely friendly and the only thing that makes me have good memories of the hotel.
